- Your home will then “hit the market”. Once your home goes active on our Multiple Listing Service site, I’ll use various marketing strategies to ensure the highest number of views, and your listing will be syndicated to other websites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin.
- Once we have a buyer under contract, I’ll work with the buyer agent, the title company, and any vendors or contractors that may be involved in the transaction, to ensure that all deadlines are met, and that the transaction closes smoothly and on time. Your home is sold! Good for you!
